E-Sign Disclosure Agreement

This E-Sign Disclosure Agreement ("Disclosure") is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the Services provided by NovaRidge Commerce LLC, doing business as Buildr ("Buildr," "we," "us," or "our").

This Disclosure applies to all notices, signatures, disclosures, statements, agreements, and other communications ("Communications") that Buildr provides to you in connection with the Services.

Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the applicable Agreement.

Buildr and you may each be referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."

By using the Services, you agree to this Disclosure and provide your consent to:

(a) Receive Communications electronically; and

(b) Use electronic signatures in connection with the Services.

Your consent includes, but is not limited to, the following types of Communications:

  • Legal and regulatory notices

  • Agreements and required disclosures

  • Payment authorizations and transaction confirmations

  • Billing statements

  • Notices regarding changes to the Services

  • Alerts

  • Tax documents

  • Communications related to applications, subscriptions, or payment collection

Visitors, Subscribers, Merchants, and End Users are collectively referred to as "you."

1. Requesting Paper Copies

We will not send paper copies of Communications unless:

  • You request them; or

  • We determine it is appropriate to do so.

You may:

  • Print electronic Communications yourself; or

  • Request that we mail you a paper copy.

Please specify the Communication you are requesting.

We may charge a reasonable service fee for paper copies. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to provide paper copies of Communications that you have consented to receive electronically.

2. Methods of Electronic Delivery

Communications may be delivered electronically through:

(a) Email

(b) Posting on our website

(c) Notifications on email/phone

(d) Downloadable PDF files

(e) Text message (if you have provided a mobile number)

(f) Any other legally permitted electronic method

Standard message and data rates may apply for text communications.

3. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by emailing:

support@trybuildr.co

Withdrawal of consent will become effective after a reasonable processing period.

Please note:

  • If you withdraw consent, you may no longer be able to use certain Services.

  • Withdrawal does not affect the validity of Communications already provided electronically.

4. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you must have:

  • A device capable of accessing the internet

  • A current web browser

  • An active email account

  • Sufficient electronic storage capacity

  • Software capable of opening PDF files (if applicable)

You are responsible for maintaining these requirements.

5. Updating Contact Information

You must provide accurate and current contact information, including your email address.

To update your information, contact:

Buildr is not responsible for failure to receive Communications due to outdated or incorrect contact information.

6. Records Retention

All Communications provided electronically are considered "in writing."

You should retain copies of important Communications by printing or saving them.

7. U.S. Federal Law

You acknowledge that the Services are subject to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-SIGN Act").

You agree that electronic signatures and electronic records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

8. Termination or Changes

Buildr reserves the right to:

  • Discontinue electronic Communications; or

  • Modify the terms governing electronic Communications.

If required by law, we will provide notice of such changes.

9. Consent

BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU PROVIDE YOUR AFFIRMATIVE CONSENT TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS DISCLOSURE.

YOU CONFIRM THAT:

  • Your device meets the hardware and software requirements described above; and

  • You have provided a current and valid email address for Communications.
